BW series high speed horizontal machining centers adopt frame-type construction of good rigidity with characteristics of high machining accuracy, good dynamic performance, high speed and fast tool changing etc. X, Y and Z-axis, connected with main frame directly and driven by adoption of linear roller cylinder guiding system and AC servomotor, can obtain rapid speed of 60m/min and accelerate speed of 10m/s2. The spindle is of high speed motor spindle with max. rotation speed of 16000r/min. The round type tool magazine, driven by AC servomotor, can accomplish auto tool changing action within 3.5 sec.
